Zappers may be obtained from various sources. You may even build your own in a shoebox, as described in "The Cure For All Diseases": An economical solution, but time consuming, and too often with unreliable results.
Most people in need of a zapper turn to those available on the Internet. The problem is that though most look okay, some work, and some don't. Be critical, and beware of manufacturers making impossible claims for their zappers, like a thousand hours of zapping from a single 9 volts battery.

All our zappers have battery hatches, so that the battery may be replaced
without the use of a tool.
Model S4 is our basic model. S4 is a manual single base frequency
zapper in a very strong and compact case.
Standard base frequency is 30 kHz. The zapper has a red light emitting
diode (LED) with a dual function. It will light up to indicate that the
zapper is emitting pulses, and that the battery is good. A weak battery is
indicated by the LED not lighting up with the power switch on. A battery
hatch makes it easy to replace the 9 volts battery. Efficient circuitry
enables a quality battery to last for approximately 50 hours of active
zapping.
The zapper is robustly built, has gold flashed connectors and is
equipped with short circuit protection and battery polarity protection. As
standard, the zapper comes complete with high power output circuitry,
electrode handles with permanently attached low impedance leads, battery
and instructions for use.

1. Do not use a zapper if you are pregnant, or if you have
electronic implants, such as a pacemaker. This has not been sufficiently
tested.
2. Dr. Clark's method requires that you complete a program once started.
Slight nausea, a touch of dizziness or very mild flu-like symptoms may be
experienced for a few days when you first start using a zapper. These
temporary reactions are caused by your body eliminating your ex-parasites.
3. If you react strongly during active zapping, stop zapping immediately.
